Skateboarding, BMX, Inline skating and Scooter Riding can be dangerous sports and by their very nature accidents can happen.

BAYSIXTY6 strongly advises all skaters and riders should wear full protection, (helmet, knee and elbow pads) whilst in the Skate Park.

Please understand when using BAYSIXTY6 Skate Park you skate/ride at your own risk.

I/we understand that skating and riding are hazardous sports and BAYSIXTY6 cannot accept responsibility for any injuries or losses whilst making using of the facilities provided.

By accepting below you agree to this waiver and receiving member communications from BAYSIXTY6 via the email address/s supplied.
