Skill level is how we define Beginners rather than age!
It sounds like you could benefit from a Group Lesson in Beginners Only session to help you define where you need to fill any gaps in basic skills before progressing onward.
No need to book for either Beginners or that optional Group Lesson as we add more instructors depending on numbers on the day.
Groups are split Beginners and Beginners+ so everyone gets the appropriate level of instruction.
All kit is available to hire or buy so come down and make some progress!
